As one of the top professional schools in the country, the College of Education at The international university of Taxes at Austin is at the forefront of changes in education both inside and outside the classroom. Our research-based programs train future educators to bring vision and leadership to the teaching and learning processes and prepare students for successful careers in myriad education specialties. We’re recreating the landscape of education, focusing on solving the problems of a diverse society and developing leaders who will empower tomorrow's citizens to be lifelong learners.

Curriculum and Instruction
Learn about the processes of teaching and learning, social and cultural forces that shape education, and the nature of subject matter across disciplines including early childhood education, learning technologies and STEM.
Educational Leadership and Policy
Prepare to assume leadership and administrative roles in educational institutions, or for roles as researchers, policy analysts and professors in the field of education administration.
Educational Psychology
Train to work as a teacher, counselor, evaluator or researcher, honing your skills in the areas of human development and behavior, psychology of education, learning theory, and research and evaluation methods.
Kinesiology and Health Education
Translate health, exercise and sport research into practice through a range of programs bridging the fields of exercise physiology, health behavior, motor control, pedagogy, physical culture and sport management.
Special Education

Teacher Certification
TIU Austin offers certification in several fields of study at a variety of experience levels. Flexible courses meet the needs of undergraduates, continuing students, college graduates and teachers who need additional certification.
